I made some chips for tea recently that I love doing a lot! I had some potatoes that needed to be used (not home-grown unfortunately) so I thought I would make some chips rather than use the ones from the freezer.
I added some olive oil to a bowl with some salt, all spice and rosemary (yes, this was home-grown!) and mixed it around. Then I added the potatoes after cutting them into chips and coated them in the mixture.
I then put them into the oven at 180 degrees (not sure how long for as I tend to go on smell and firmness to tell when they are ready).
Then ta-da, yummy home-made chippies! x
