The Biggest Goal

My biggest goal is to own an acreage one day, that myself and family can explore more options within being self-sufficient as possible, and live with maybe a tad less stress.

I currently work a corporate job, which I actually quite enjoy, but would like a little more than our suburbs house on evenings and weekends.

My other passion is horses. I own two currently, and hope to build up that side of the business, breeding, coaching, training and showing my own and other people’s horses. My business name is Vienna Park Equestrian, with a Facebook Page that can be found here:

To do this successfully, you really need your own acreage, agisting is costly and very restrictive, and you of course must do things by the property owner’s rules.

My ideal location is in Meadows/Kuitpo in South Australia, Australia. It is a beautiful ’boutique’ country town that is green most of the year and bordered by a large pine forest. It’s just magical being there, smelling people’s fires in the Winter, and the smell of mown grass on the warmer days. The sound of the Magpies calling is one of the most wonderful sounds you can hear in my opinion, the sound of this wonderful country I call home.

With all of this, maybe the less stress part is not as achievable as I thought. It’s lucky that I quite enjoy being busy! x
