Autumn Growings

Lots of things are growing! The satisfaction of walking outside and picking beans or tomatoes for your dinner is pretty extreme.

Summer strawberries are coming to an end, but there are still slim pickings.

The zucchini plant is strong and large, and the cucumbers are coming through as the vine climbs under our verandah.

The tomatoes are coming along, but are still a week or two away from being able to be harvested. The lettuces not yet having poked their tops through the sugar mulch keeping them warm and moist.
